This project represents – the construction of a luxury 5-star hotel in a premium location in Poreč, just 3 km outside the city center.
The project envisages all the elements of a high-end resort: an underground garage with 50 parking spaces, a representative reception, a lobby bar, an event hall, a restaurant with an extensive breakfast terrace, a premium wellness & SPA center with an indoor heated winter pool, and in the outdoor courtyard, two large swimming pools (with heated water to extend the season), a beach bar, and an a la carte restaurant right on the beach.
Project status: IN THE DEVELOPMENT PHASE (Ready for immediate construction).
Legal status: The land area of approx. 13,500 m² is located in the first row to the sea. It is fully archaeologically verified, clear, free of any encumbrances, and ready for construction according to the already prepared conceptual design.
